The Student Health Physics Society brings to the campus the model of the association of radiation safety professionals. This Society promotes the organization of UML undergraduate and graduate students to form lasting forums, friendships and scientific contacts beyond the classroom. We are dedicated to advancing the radiological sciences, as well as furthering the endeavors of students interested in pursuing a career in health physics. Joining this organization will provide you with a strong connection to local and national alumni, academics and professionals, which strengthen UML’s reputation of furnishing leading experts in the field. Through community outreach, scholarship and by creating an overall presence on campus, new students will find this club an attractive place to advance and explore this exciting and diverse technical field.
